Inuyasha

Inuyasha è un mezzo demone che, dopo essere stato ingannato da un demone di nome Naraku, insieme alla ragazza che amava, Kikyo, viene ucciso e rimane intrappolato nel sonno, da un sigillo, per 50 anni. Dopo 50 anni, viene liberato da una fanciulla,  una studentessa di nome Kagome che viene portata nell'epoca Sengoku, quella dove viveva Inuyasha, e, trovandosi in pericolo, si vede costretta a togliergli il sigillo. Da quel momento, i due, si conoscono ed intraprendono un viaggio alla ricerca dei frammenti della Sfera dei quattro spiriti, un potente gioiello, che viene accidentalmente rotto dalla ragazza e che così sparge per l'epoca Sengoku i suoi molteplici frammenti. Per recuperarli, i due dovranno affrontare una serie di avventure, combattimenti, scontri, ma si imbatteranno anche in nuove amicizie. Infatti a loro si aggiungeranno altri compagni di viaggio come Miroku, un monaco un pò particolare, Sango, una sterminatrice di demoni che vuole vendicare la morte del fratello ad opera di Naraku, il piccolo Shippo, un bambino-volpe che, solo al mondo, decide di aggregarsi alla compagnia. Per quanto riguarda i nemici invece, oltre al già citato Naraku, ricordiamo Sesshomaru, il fratello maggiore di Inuyasha, un demone a tutti gli effetti, che più volte si troverà a combattere col fratello. Kagome, essendo la reincarnazione di Kikyo, è pratica, proprio come lei, dell'uso di arco e frecce. Inuyasha invece utilizza la spada lasciatagli dal padre, Tessaiga, che anche se all'apparenza è una normale spada, se ad impugnarla è Inuyasha, può scaturire enormi poteri.
